BMW F800 Flat Tracker is the result of an ingenious idea which ended up being an unavailable masterpiece of typical Ron Wood engineering.

It seems that Ron Wood has taken the 798cc twin found in the BMW F 800 series and dropped it into a specially designed frame.

Recently, Ron Wood’s BMW F 800 Flat Tracker appeared at the fairgrounds in West Liberty, Iowa, immediately imposing as the loudest bike on the track. Donnie Barger (AMA National Race Announcer) told the crowd that the BMW sounded like a bear coming out of his den for the first time. The previous statement and the fact that the F 800 ran great all day, made Ron extremely happy.

Apart from a headlight, front brakes and a gentle exhaust, this bike wouldn’t need any more modifications in order to become street legal but this is just my optimistic hope.
