I surely don’t feel like being a judge right now! Ok, so this guy had his son’s bike given the other guy for sale, but this last didn’t make sure that the payment was done correctly and gave the bike to the “fair” buyer. By the time he was willing to recover the bike because the check wasn’t covered, the thing was already crashed and the father’s only solution to recover the buck was the court.

At the end, the person that neglected the most important aspect (keeping the bike until the money were in his possession) proved learning pretty much nothing. You never know where your bike is going to take you: on the open road or in front of a judge.
