Start on a bike. End up in a parachute.

Motocrossers. All they need is a wacky little dirt bike and a very big ramp to shoot themselves up in the air long enough to showcase their talent and land safely. I’m sure you wished you could do that too.

But Pro MotoX rider Brad O’Neal here has taken this concept to the next level. Part of an old crazy Crusty Demons gang, this kid here came up with an idea to go all out crazy with his dirt bike. In a video titled "Follow your Fears," Brad explains how he planned to zoom up a ridiculously vertical ramp and shooting himself as high as he can go before pulling his chute and, hopefully, floating to the ground.

It was when he was 12 years old, that he came up with this idea to base jump his dirt bike. Making this childhood fantasy a reality, Brad took it upon himself to make it happen as it was hard to make action sports company believe in it. He got a grasp of all the tricks in the trade and gave his first practice jump in Utah.

That was when he knew happiness.

He is not the first person to jump off a cliff. But he is the first one to do it off a straight road. And the next thing you know, he jumped off a straight road ending in a bridge, then on the sandy desert, then off ramps into a lake. There was no more turning back for him.

He says something beautiful about what he does:

"Things that you are apprehensive about are usually the things that will bring you the most joy. There is serious struggle balancing between what your heart and your mind are telling you to do. It is really easy to crush your own possibilities just by your mind. Just follow your inner guidance with absolute conviction, and you will end up at the right place."

If this does not give you life goals, I don’t know what will.
