What is Honda Adventure Roads?

Forty riders were given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in an eight-day, nearly 2,200-mile journey.

Honda received an enthusiastic response to the introduction last year of their Adventure Roads tour program in which 40 riders were given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in an eight-day, nearly 2,200-mile journey from Olso to Nordkapp on the twisting roads along Norway’s northern coast. Given Africa Twins to ride and all accommodations supplied, participants took in the scenery and were able to experience the Africa Twin as it was intended: an adventure-touring bike.

The second Adventure Roads tour will start in Durban on South Africa’s eastern coast and travel about 2,000 miles to end at the southern tip of the African continent. The 40 riders from across Europe chosen to attend will ride Africa Twins and the new-for-2018 Africa Twin Adventure Sports models on a 12-day journey via Lesotho to the very tip of the continent at Cape Town. All accommodations, guides and maintenance are provided as well as riding tips from Honda’s HRC rally stars. It certainly sounds like a trip to remember.
