Kawasaki's popular Z900 gets the SE treatment with suspension mods and higher-spec equipment.

Kawasaki Z900 SE Revealed

The letters SE on a Kawasaki mean improved components to enhance the motorcycle. The naked, supercharged Z H2 SE was launched last year and this year, it's the turn of the Z900 to get the same treatment.

Visually unchanged, the Z900 SE gets a new Brembo brake package and a suspension upgrade permitting stepless preload adjustment, identified by gold-coloured fork legs.

Traction control and selectable power modes, slipper assist clutch and a 'sound tuned' exhaust note complete the package. Bluetooth connectivity is also available for the Kawasaki Rideology App.

The Z900 was always a fine handling and dynamic package and the upgrades should build on this.
