Until now, Mitas was mostly known for its off road tires, but with their latest product the company is entering in the competition of sports tires.

Their new Sport Force Radial Tire was developed in 4 years and respects the highest standards of quality and reliability. Like any respectable sport tire, the Mitas Sport Force Radial tire promises to reward you with a sticky grip, resistance to deformation and even tire wear. It can be used for sport, naked, supermoto and sport touring motorcycles and is available in three front and five rear sizes.

The new tyres are manufactured in Slovenia by Savatech, the former Sava rubber manufacturing division acquired by Mitas’ parent company CGS Holdings in October 2012.

Bojan Rupar, head of the motorcycle R&D department, said: “The Sport Force radial tire is the result of an intensive four years of complete in-house development work. It is based on our long-term experience in…motorcycle tire development, which together with the most modern materials and some innovative technical solutions has resulted in a very competitive product.”

The new sport tires were developed using modern technologies such as OGT 3D (3-D Optimum Groove Technology), SCT (Strong Carcass Technology) and FEA Finite Element Analyses / Optimized Footprint).
