The Harley-Davidson Sportster S is the newest family member in the American bike makers portfolio. Even though it’s barely a year old, Germany-based custom bikemaker Cult Werk, who specialize in sourcing up Harley's have turned up the heat on the already good-looking Sportster S to create a one-off Sportster S. Oh, and it’s up for grabs too, but more on that later.

Custom Harley-Davidson Sportster S By Cult Werk

For this build, the custom bikemaker has taken an ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ approach. Meaning, most of the bike’s parts like the engine, suspension, and even the bodywork remain as is and only get a few changes to amp up the package.

To start off, the whole motorcycle is now wrapped in deep metallic gold color. Plus, the fenders, fuel tank, and lower body parts feature special airbrushed graphics done in-house by Cult Werk.

This is well complemented by dual-tone alloy wheels featuring a copper finish in the middle and an acid gold finish on the sides to match the body panels.

In addition, the custom Sportster S also gets a new chunky headlight cover, a shorter front fender, and a custom tail tidy kit with a minimalistic tail lamp, all of which are German-made.

Another notable change here is the new flat handlebar which sits lower than that of the stock bike. This should result in a sportier, front-heavy riding posture and give more leverage to the rider. You also sit on a custom saddle with diamond stitching.

Styling aside, the only mechanical upgrade here is the addition of a full-system KessTech exhaust system. The end-can looks quite rad and can be had with an electronically adjustable flap to ensure you don’t get pulled over by the police.

To conclude, this custom Sportster S isn’t the ‘ideal’ fully tricked out custom build one would expect but goes to show that even subtle changes can lead to an epic transformation too.

What’s The Price?

Now, you may think this would be a personal project that a Sportster S owner would’ve brought in, but that’s not true. This custom Sportster S is actually looking for a home and has zero miles on the clock, all with Harley’s warranty intact.

The price, however, is quite high at 29,900 euros (~$33,000), more than double what the Harley-Davidson Sportster S costs. Apart from that, you’ll have to figure out a way to ship it from Germany.
