Ducati has two of the finest motorcycles in the world, in its stable, the Streetfighter V4 and the Panigale V4. Wondering which is faster b/w the two? Well, here's the answer
First, let's look at what numbers these bikes make
The Ducati Streetfighter V4S (MY 2020) used a 1,103cc, V4 engine which made 205hp and 90 lb-ft
Meanwhile, the Panigale used here was the top-spec V4R that employed a 998cc, V4 engine making a massive 221hp but with 83 lb-ft
Also, interestingly, the fully-faired Panigale V4R actually weighs less than the stripped-down Streetfighter V4
With less weight, more power, and better aerodynamics, the Ducati Panigale V4R takes the lead and surges past the naked Streetfighter
And it keeps edging ahead, completing the quarter-mile in 10.2 seconds compared to the Streetfighter's time of 10.5 second
However, the second run is where the Panigale V4R truly shows its prowess. Swipe up to watch the video and see how things unfold in round two.
