The Funky Super73 C1X Could Be The Perfect EV Replacement For The Honda Grom

Super73, an electric bike (or cycle) company, has taken the wraps off its first electric motorcycle in Los Angeles. Dubbed the C1X, it will be the company’s flagship product and it boasts numbers to match this claim.
Super73 C1X Electric Motorcycle Looks & Features
The Super73 C1X walks a fine line between an electric bike and an electric motorcycle. Consequently, it bears a funky design and minimalistic features, unlike full-blown electric motorcycles do.
The design, with the alien-ish headlight and headlight mask along with the sporty graphics, is likable, though, but mainly for youthful young adults.
There’s a little bit of supermoto vibe going on here as well, evident from the tapered handlebar and its Super73 marked foam. This is complemented by a small flat seat, which eliminates the possibility of two-up riding.
Coming to features, the list isn’t all that long because Super73 is yet to reveal the full details, but from what we know, the C1X packs:
- All-LED lighting
- Fast charging (0-80% in under 1 hour)
- A small oval digital instrument cluster
- Disc brakes at both ends
- Dynamic LED indicators
These aside, the bike is expected to come with dedicated ride modes, that caters to different kinds of riding conditions.

Super73 C1X Electric Motorcycle Performance
Being a concept (for now), Super73 hasn’t revealed the bike’s battery capacity or peak power output of the motor. Instead, the company has claimed that the C1X can reach a top speed of 75+ mph and manage a range of 100 miles.
Bear in mind, these numbers can change in the future when the final product comes out, for both better or worse. We’re hoping for the former, though.
Nevertheless, these numbers are quite decent for a mini electric motorcycle riding on 15-inch wheels with USD forks and a monoshock, which basically brings it in the ballpark of the Honda Grom.
