Taking the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” road, Triumph Motorcycles has updated the Street Triple, Speed Triple, Trident 660, and Rocket 3 range with new colors for 2023, some of which are plain bold.

Let's take a look.

2023 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS New Color

For 2023, Triumph’s flagship naked gains a new Matt Baja orange livery. As the name suggests, this wraps the motorcycle in a matt orange color, which, we’re not gonna lie, does look a bit KTM-like. Meanwhile, the livery is topped with subtle light grey graphics.

With the new color, the Speed Triple 1200 RS will now be available in three colors - Matt Baja Orange, Matt Silver Ice, and Sapphire Black. }

2023 Triumph Street Triple 765 RS & 765 R New Color

Next, we have the 2023 Street Triple 765 RS and 765 R, both boasting a new Carbon Black color. }

Even though the name sounds pretty self-explanatory, Triumph has spruced up the 765 RS with bronze alloy wheels and graphics on the all-black base coat, making it one of the most striking liveries here.

Meanwhile, the lower-spec 765 R gets similar all-black bodywork, albeit with more subtle grey graphics and black alloy wheels. A bit disappointing, considering the bike looks pretty regular, especially when you consider this is the ONLY color option for 2023.

What also sinks our hearts is the absence of the red-colored chassis on both Street Triples.

2023 Triumph Trident 660 New Color

Taking inspiration from the flagship naked, the Trident 660 also gets a Matt Baja Orange option for this model year.}

However, unlike the Speed Triple, the orange is only found on the fuel tank and front fender, creating a bit of a dual-tone black-and-orange vibe. Still looks alien, though, and associating Triumph with orange will take a little getting used to.

Not a fan? Don’t fret. The Trident carries forward its older color options too, namely Silver Ice and Diablo Red, Matt Jet Black and Silver Ice, and Sapphire Black.

2023 Triumph Rocket 3 GT & Rocket 3 R New Color

Coming to the world’s biggest engined motorcycle, the 2300cc Rocket 3 lineup gains a total of three new colors.

Two of these - Carnival Red and Sapphire Black - are available for the Rocket 3 GT whereas the Rocket 3 R gets a new Matt Silver Ice color.

While the Rocket 3 GT will be available only in the said colors this year, the Rocket 3 R will also carry forward two older options, Silver Ice and Cranberry Red along with Phantom Black.

Apart from the colors, all the aforementioned motorcycles don’t boast any mechanical or feature updates. However, do expect a slight bump in price, just as we usually witness every year.
