Doug Henry can’t do what most people do these days. The man can’t walk, which came as a result of a crippling bike accident in 2007 during a supermoto->ke2114 race. On the flip side, Doug Henry does have one thing that most people don’t: a determination that can move mountains.

Despite his condition - he’s partially paralyzed from the waist down because of the numerous accidents he’s had - Martin isn’t the kind of man who just wallows in his state and lets misery take over. He’s the kind of man who stares ahead and tries to do the things he love the most, even if it comes without the use of his legs.

This video->ke2344 will show you what real determination is all about. There are no witty catch-phrases or tear-jerking fluff interviews. It’s just about a man who refused to give up everything he held dear because of his injuries. It’s about a man who was determined to go back to his passion of riding motorcycles and succeeded in doing so.

More than everything that he’s been through, Doug Henry is a man who just won’t give up. Even years after losing control of his lower extremities, Henry still competed in X-Games 2014 where he rode a snowmobile to a third place finish in the Adaptive class.

If you want to be inspired today, all you have to do is watch the video. Once you’re done, you’re going to remember Doug Henry’s name and more importantly, you can take to the heart his message that just because life gave you the short end of the stick, it doesn’t mean you can’t make the most out of that stick.

Keep being an inspiration to us all, Doug Henry.
