Sometimes revenge is best served on the drag strip

LISTEN 01:21

What do you do when your Kawasaki H2 gets killed at the drag strip by a Turbo Suzuki Hayabusa? That’s right, you go back to your garage and cue the A-Team music.

Revenge of the H2

I’ve got a lot of respect for guys who take their pristine and very expensive hyperbikes to the drag strip to prove....well, something!

This guy took his H2 (can’t tell if it’s an H2R or just a standard H2 with an H2R exhaust fitted) for a bit of a play and got munched by a turbo Hayabusa, which wasn’t really surprising, although it was closer than you might have thought.

The H2 loses

Most H2 owners would shrug their shoulders and say it was all just a bit of fun and forget it. Not this guy!

Back to the Workshop
A few not insignificant mods

He takes his pristine H2 back to his workshop and proceeds to turn it into a drag bike, taking the power output to 255bhp, fitting a custom exhaust, flashing the ECU and fitting a lengthened swing arm.

Return for the Re-Match
That’s looking better!

He then returns to the drag strip and challenges the same Hayabusa owner. This time he wins. Not once, but over and over.

Different Story This Time
The H2 wins again and again

Now, that’s what I call revenge!
