Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, is supporting a new Safari Club International (SCI) eSafari online scavenger hunt contest by donating a Grizzly 80 ATV to be used as part of the contest’s grand prize. The online contest is for children ages 13- to 18-years-old.
Through July 31, 2007, participants will collect game pieces from participating Web sites, including the Grizzly 80 page on www.yamahaoutdoors.com, to become eligible to win daily prizes, such as gift certificates, gun cases, watches and hats, or the grand prize including the new Grizzly 80 ATV and a trip to the 2008 Annual SCI Hunters’ Convention.
To qualify for the grand prize, contestants will submit a 250-word essay to SCI describing what hunting means to them, with the grand prize winner’s essay being published in the award winning Safari Times and other submissions being displayed on the SCI Web site at www.scifirstforhunters.org
SCI is sponsoring eSafari to raise awareness among young hunters and to develop a commitment to conservation and protecting our hunting freedoms with the future of the sport.
