Arctic Race Front Suspension

Tall, lightweight ski spindles and widely spaced A-arms provide great torsion rigidity and strength. Angling the shock load back toward the rider’s mass, results in optimal caster/camber to improve comfort and cornering. FOX FLOAT® 3 shocks and a sway bar provide excellent control and handling.

Slide-Action Rear Suspension™

Slide-Action maintains a free-acting front arm while coupling under torque over bumps, and during aggressive cornering and acceleration. As the rear transfer blocks are engaged, the front arm follows the bumps, keeping your skis firmly planted as your 137-in. track propels you down the trail.

6000 C-TEC2™ Engine

This clean technology 2-stroke is powerful, durable and 10 pounds lighter than the old 600. The electronic oil pump accurately meters fuel/oil ratios by RPM and by altitude, dramatically improving oil and fuel consumption. Dual-stage injection provides a clean burn with low emissions.

ProCross™ Chassis

Featuring a tapered 2-piece tunnel (narrow at the top, wider at the bottom) this design is the foundation of our performance sleds’ superb ergonomics. A forged steering housing ties together many of the load-bearing chassis components.

Deluxe Digital Gauge With Altimeter

This dual LCD screen gauge has it all for the person who wants to know it all. There’s an odometer, trip meter, speedometer, engine hour, low oil light, coolant overheat light, coolant temp, intake air temp, battery voltage, low fuel light, clock and reverse indicator.

Tunnel Flares

Snow spray being thrown up on your back on a wet day is sure to cut your day short. These tunnel flares keep the wet snow away and extend your day on the trail.

Sno Pro Brake Lever

The Sno Pro® brake lever is made from anodized aluminum and extends the whole width of the left handlebar grip, allowing you to reach the lever no matter what position your hand is in.

Push Button Engine Reverse

The push-button reverse is all about quick, easy activation. This feature reverses the direction of the engine rotation. In addition to being smooth it’s also a weight savings.

Rear Storage Bag

The mid-capacity rear storage bag holds anything from gloves to water bottles. Secure, easy-to-use quick-fasten straps and semi-rigid construction add plenty of needed strength.

Mid-Height Windshield

Just enough protection for the comfort you need when the going gets really fast.

Side Panel Vent

New for 2015, this vented side panel increases the airflow to the clutches to reduce drive belt temperatures for optimum performance.

Electric Start

With a simple turn of the key, the new and improved electric start is reliable and effective. Not to mention the easiest way to ignite the fun.

ProCross™ Front Bumper

These lightweight aluminum bumpers add superior protection and a bold, stylish look. They are scratch resistant and have a powder-coat finish.

1.25-in. Ripsaw II Track

The Ripsaw™ II, featuring a 1.25-in lug, combines the best features of the Ripsaw, Cobra™ and Predator tracks, making it great for a wide variety of trail conditions. Compared with the original Ripsaw, there is less side bite through the corners.

“Overall, it was a smooth running, fun and athletic machine that seemed to run quieter than our 2014 demo model from last year (the XF Limited’s little storage pouch between the steering post and gauge seems to help muffle the sound under the hood). Modifications planned for this sled include installing a set of SLP MoHawk skis and to reposition the spindle spacers to widen the ski stance.” ----- SnowGoer

“The XF platform (new for the 600 in 2015) was my fave AC chassis last year. Not coincidentally, the XF 137 platform became AC’s biggest selling chassis (with all engines) in its intro year. Part of the reason it worked its way into our hearts was tied to Arctic Cat sending us a 2015 spec rear arm damper this past February. From the moment we bolted the shock into an XF 8000 Sno Pro, every rider - without exception - commented on how it improved ride quality on the sled. ” ----- Supertraxmag
