The ECOSSE Titanium Series brings to bear all of the cutting-edge marque’s expertise in the design of innovative, limited bikes. These special motorcycles are a combination of old-world craftsmanship and computer-controlled accuracy that effortlessly blend American muscle with exquisite lines, race-bred components and the first-ever all-titanium chassis. The result is a lightweight, carbon-fiber beauty with a supercharged billet motor producing insane amounts of torque and power. This bike is simply stunning.

Öhlins custom, fully adjustable MotoGP-grade suspension and the low, perfectly balanced chassis provide agile handling and predictable, confidence-inspiring riding dynamics. While short, precise shifts from the ultra-compact, proprietary six-speed overdrive transmission ensure a smooth ride. Braking is easy and enjoyable thanks to the billet ISR radial braking system complete with 12 individual brake pads up front for superior grip, plus adjustable lever reach and master cylinder piston leverage allowing riders to decide how much effort is required to bring it all to a stop. Along with control, comfort is key, so each of the Titanium Series bikes is equipped with adjustable ergonomics and gel-padded seating. Each motorcycle in the series will have “Titanium Series RR Limited Edition” and the serial number engraved into the handlebar clamp and VIN plate.

About Ecosse Moto Works

2008 Ecosse Titanium

In the mid ’90s, Donald Atchison, a mechanical engineer and lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, was busy traveling the world as the head of Business Development for a manufacturing firm located in Boulder, Colorado. Long periods of time spent on overseas flights gave way to hours of sketches of the ideal street bike. Later, while enrolled in the MBA program at CU Boulder, Donald went back to his sketches and considered developing the bike as a school project. That idea evolved into another concept: the plan to open an exclusive motorcycle boutique - surprisingly, in the hippest part of downtown Denver - that included obscure, high-end furnishings, lighting, apparel, timepieces, artwork and motorcycle accessories. Atchison decided to take the entrepreneurial route and successfully sold other people’s goods for the next few years.

After much frustration dealing with manufacturers and distributors and complete dissatisfaction with the current landscape of the motorcycle market, Atchison revisited his napkin sketches and formed ECOSSE Moto Works, Inc. in October 2001. After three complete prototype iterations, countless hours of computer-aided and real-world testing, his masterpiece was ready.

Inspired by elements from all his favorite types of bikes, including his own desire for exclusive, hard-to-get items, The Heretic motorcycle was born. Atchison had created something very distinctive: a true work of art that actually performed as advertised. Using his affection for airplanes (the prototypes are numbered in true experimental aircraft form; X-3 denoting Experimental Number 3 from which all 100 production bikes are based) and European sports cars, The Heretic combines an extraordinary attention to detail with the finest materials and components in the world as well as unrivaled personalized service.

The company tagline sums up the objective perfectly: exquisitely engineered for a fortunate few.

Today, ECOSSE Moto Works is known worldwide as the premier luxury marque of innovative motorcycles created specifically for discerning enthusiasts. The models - each with a distinctive character and soul - are built to the highest standards of craftsmanship using the most exotic materials in never-before-seen designs.
