September 19th represents the date when McLaren officials will be present in Paris, due to their appeal over the loos of the constructor points at the latest Grand Prix in Hundary.

The team managed to finish 1st and 4th at Hungaroring, but the they would not be credited with the 15 points as penalty for the incident which saw the two McLaren drivers, Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton, when Alonso delayed its team mate.

“The International Court of Appeal (ICA) will meet in Paris on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 to hear an appeal lodged by the Motor Sports Association on behalf of its licence-holder Vodafone McLaren Mercedes concerning a decision of the Panel of the Stewards of the 2007 Hungarian Grand Prix,” said the FIA.

McLaren will have another appointment in Paris on September 13th when the Court of Appeal will sit to consider if the team has the right to escape the sanction for being found in possession of secret Ferrari data.
