BMW recently refreshed the X4 M and the X4 M Competition for the 2022 model year

The X4 M rides on 20-inch tires, whereas the Competition package includes 21-inch set

It is 1.5 inches longer, 1.2 inches wider, and two inches shorter than the X3 M. The wheelbase and ground clearance are identical

The 2022 X4 M will be available in eight exterior shades, four of which are new: Carbon Black Metallic, Brooklyn Grey Metallic, Bay Blue Metallic, and Sao Paulo Yellow

The basic layout of the 2022 X4 M seems to be inspired by the BMW 4 Series

It comes with M sports seats with electrically adjustable headrests and illuminated M logos

The company will offer Extended Merino leather upholstery as standard in four different color options, and 'Individual Merino leather upholstery' as optional

The 2022 BMW X4 M and X4 M Competition feature a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster behind the leather steering wheel

In the X4 M Competition, the mill churns out 503 ponies and 479 pound-feet of twist This is an increase of 37 pound-feet when compared to the 2021 model

The torque improvement results in better 0-60 mph times. The X4 M takes 3.9 seconds to sprint to 60 mph from rest, whereas the X4 M Competition takes 3.7 seconds
