2022 Hispano Suiza Carmen Boulogne Makes World Debut In Munich

The Hispano Suiza Carmen Boulogne is lighter and faster than anyone expected.

After an absence of 70 years, Hispano Suiza made a comeback at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show with the unveiling of the Carmen

Two years later, the company showed up at the AA Mobility 2021, Munich, with a new version of the Carmen

Called Carmen Boulogne, the new version is the lightest, most powerful version of the Carmen

For the new version, the company opted for revised suspension components, a new sub-chassis, and a carbon roof

The result: the new Boulogne version is about 132 pounds lighter than the Carmen

Also, in the Boulogne version the four electric motors deliver a total of 1,114 horsepower - up from the 1,019 horsepower

The sprint from 0 to 60 mph also goes down from about 3.0 seconds to 2.6 seconds.

Top speed remains unchanged at 180 mph

Hispano Suiza will only build five Carmen Boulogne

Prices will start from €1,650,000 (plus taxes) (about $2 million at the current exchange rates).
