A Highly Modified Audi TTRS Picks On a 1,000 Horsepower Nissan GT-R

A 733 HP Audi TTRS dared to challenge a 1,000 HP Godzilla, and the results are shocking

Can U.K.'s fastest Audi TTRS take on a 1,000 hp Godzilla?

The R35 has proven to be a fomidable platform capable of immense levels of performance.

The R35 GT-R features a fully forged engine and a beefed up DCT gearbox.

It also has launch control and let's not forget the ATTESA ET-S all-wheel-drive system.

The TTRS is small in comparison, but packs a punch. Pushing over 700 hp on a stock engine is impressive.

Drag radials, Quattro all-wheel-drive, and a DSG transmission help put the power down.

Both cars start with a 0 to 60 mph run. The GT-R bogs down, but still manages 2.96 seconds.

The stripped-out, drag-prepepd TTRS, however, rockets to 60 mph in just 2.29 seconds.

The two cars lineup for a drag race. From a dig, the Audi takes the win.

It crosses the line after 9.63 seconds, which secures a 1st place on the leaderboard.

The GT-R fails to launch properly, resulting in 10.07 seconds for the quarter-mile.

From a rolling start, the less powerful Audi loses badly to Godzilla.

Moreover, the GT-R starts from further back, giving the Audi an advantage.
