When you talk about a supercar taking on a family SUV, you know who would win. But, when the SUV in question is a 640-horsepower Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, things aren’t so obvious anymore. ‘Carwow’ uploaded a video of a Lamborghini Huracan Performante taking on a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT and a surprise star next, which is a tuned Nissan GT-R. Do you think the Lamborghini would’ve made short work of both its rivals?

Lamborghini vs Porsche

An eight-speed automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system. It weighs 4,894 pounds.

Power is routed to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. It weighs just 3,306 pounds; almost 1,600 pounds lighter than its SUV rival.

The Lamborghini didn’t have a great launch in the first drag race. The Porsche was quicker off the line and stayed ahead for almost half the race. However, the Lamborghini soon went past it and eventually won the race. The second race witnessed the Performante get a much better launch, which meant the Porsche’s fate was sealed from the word ‘go’. The Italian beat the Cayenne Turbo GT comprehensively for yet another win.

Lamborghini vs Nissan

Since the races were quite one-sided, Mat Watson upped the ante by bringing in a Nissan GT-R to the fray.

No other specs of the GT-R were provided, but the car features a 3.8-liter V-6, a six-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, and weighs roughly a shade under 4,000 pounds.

In the first race between the Italian bull and the Godzilla, the former got off to a crunching start and maintained a lead till they hit the finish line. The GT-R got a much better start in the second race, but not enough to beat the Huracan Performante. The difference, however, wasn’t much. The Lamborghini took 10.8 seconds to finish the quarter-mile race, whereas the Nissan took 10.9 seconds. In case you’re wondering about the Cayenne GT Turbo, it took 11.2 seconds.

Next up was the rolling race from 50 mph in automatic mode for the gearbox. The Nissan GT-R took ages to kickdown and was left to eat dust. Its rival didn’t have any problems in that aspect and won the half-mile sprint. For the follow-up race, they switched to sport settings and manual mode for the gearbox. The forced induction of the Godzilla really came into play here and kept up with the Lambo. Eventually, it got its nose ahead and won the race to hand the Lamborghini its first loss of the day.

The brake test from 100 mph was the last round of the day. The Nissan GT-R lost traction while emergency braking and kind of skidded before coming to a halt.
