Dodge Demon vs Shelby Super Snake Widebody: Exorcism vs Venomous Snake Bites On The Drag Strip!

Can the Dodge demonize its rival, or will the Shelby Super Snake slither its way to the finish line first?

The folks at ‘Throttle House’ brought two muscle cars – a Dodge Demon and a Shelby Super Snake Widebody – to the drag strip for a series of races

The Shelby Super Snake comes with a 5.0-liter, supercharged V-8 engine that puts out 825 HP and 630 lb-ft of twist. It powers the rear wheels only

The Dodge Demon features a 6.2-liter, supercharged V-8 engine that churns out 808 HP and 717 lb-ft of torque. Here, too, only the rear wheels are powered

In the first race, they were off the line together before the Shelby Super Snake took the lead. But, the Dodge Demon went ahead a couple of seconds later and eventually won the race

The Mustang wasn’t in the best of spirits and kept throwing up the wrench symbol on the instrument cluster, which allowed them to have just one more race

This was a rolling race wherein the Dodge Demon went on to win again. They attempted the third race, but the Shelby couldn’t complete it

In the end, the Dodge Demon won the rounds 2-0. Swipe up to watch the video and share your thoughts in the comments section
