MINI Has introduced a “MINI Anniversary Edition” to Honor Six Decades of Partnership with John Cooper

This special edition is a celebration of a partnership that gave us some of the Best MINIs of all time

The MINI brand began collaborating with John Cooper 60 years ago in September 1961,

and that bond continues to this day with MINI’s top performance model still bearing the JCW name

The MINI Anniversary Edition is instantly recognizable by its shiny British Racing Green exterior and contrasting white accents.

The MINI Anniversary Edition JCW features sporty white stripes on the hood and contrasting red lines on the tank shroud

The number "74" is boldly displayed on the hood and doors, a number with which the MINI JCW achieved its first ever racing victory in the 60s

The C-Pillar of this special edition wears the Cooper Badge proudly

At first glance, the insides look like just any other MINI

However, there are Cooper Badges in countless places around the cabin,

to remind you again that you're sitting in something truly special

You can find the signatures of John, Mike & Charlie Cooper who together represent three generations of the Cooper family

Performance is brisk given this is a MINI after all

Engine options remain the same as with standard model

With the range topping JCW featuring a 2.0-liter gasoline turbocharged engine with 228 hp

All models come with a six-speed manual or an optional eight-speed automatic
