Take Your First Look at the 2023 Mercedes EQE SUV!
Mercedes is cooking up an EQE SUV, and we’ve finally caught it in the wild!
Mercedes has been on an EQ reveal spree. The automaker unveiled five models at the 2021 IAA mobility show, and now, another new product seems to be in the pipeline. This is the EQE SUV and we have spotted it for the first time ever
It will most likely slot between the EQB crossover and the EQS SUV
The SUV is camouflaged well and it doesn’t give out a lot of details. But, from what we can decipher, it has short overhangs, a flat roof, and a smooth hood-windscreen transition
You can also see aero wheels here. Expect the wheels to range between 19- and 21 inches. The signature black panel grille that’s seen on every EQ model will be offered here as well, even though it’s not seen here
Expect a plush cabin on the inside. The 56-inch Hyperscreen should be offered as optional as well
It will share its powertrain and battery setup with the EQE sedan. This means the EQE SUV will come with a rear-mounted single motor setup that churns out 288 HP and 391 lb/ft of torque in its base setup
A 90 kWh battery pack could be a standard offering. On the EQE sedan, it offers 410 miles of WLTP-rated range. The SUV will give you slightly fewer miles; perhaps around 380 miles on a full charge
No word on the pricing yet, but we speculate the EQE SUV to start around $60,000 for the base trim. Swipe up to read about it in detail and see more images of it
