The 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Is Almost $4k More Expensive Than Ford Maverick

Hyundai seems pretty confident in the Santa Cruz Pickup, so much so that it’s priced well above its main competition, the Ford Maverick

Hyundai announced the 2022 Santa Cruz will go on sale in late July 2021

At a starting price of $23,990

This is about $4,000 more than the 2022 Ford Maverick

That is priced from $19,995

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz will be offered in four trim levels, both AWD and FWD versions and with a choice of two engines

The base model is the 2022 Santa Cruz SE with FWD

It is powered by a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine at it is priced at $23,990

The same model, but with AWD equipment, will take the price up to $25,490

Next there is the SEL trim with the same 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine

With FWD, it is priced at $27,190 and at $28,690 with AWD

If you opt for the same SEL version, but add the Activity pack prices will go up significantly

$30,460 for the FWD and $31,960 for the AWD version

The first trim to offer the turbocharged, 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine with 275 horsepower is the SEL Premium

It will only be offered with and it is priced at $35,680

Finally the top version if the 2022 Santa Cruz Limited priced at $39,720

It comes with the same turbocharged, 2.5-liter, four-cylinder and AWD
