The Grecale has the signature Maserati traits. Maserati has been following this design language since the MC20. Overall, it sure looks like the Levante’s brother, but doesn’t look like a shrunken Levante. Up front you get tear-drop-shaped headlights that have a slight resemblance to the Ford Puma. You get a low-placed grille here that doesn’t look too aggressive; unlike the norm followed by most automakers these days.
The GT trim comes with 19-inch wheels wrapped in 235/55 section tires. The Modena comes with 20-inch wheels measuring 255/45 section at the front and 295/40 at the rear. The dimensions differ by a few millimeters on every trim. It measures 191.3 inches in length, 77.9 inches in width, and 65.3 inches in height in the top-spec Trofeo trim. The wheelbase is 114.2 inches long on all three trims. It also happens to be the heaviest in this trim, thanks to the V-6 engine, tipping the scales at 4,469 pounds.

The cabin looks luxurious in the images. But, what caught our attention is the number of screens you get in here. There’s a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch primary touchscreen system, an 8.8-inch secondary lower display that sits below the main touchscreen, and there’s a screen for the rear passengers. A clock face is also present and it’s technically a screen, too. For a compact SUV, that’s a lot of screens. You also get a 14-speaker Sonus Faber audio system as standard, and a 21-speaker setup as optional.
Maserati Grecale Folgore – A Fully Electric Grecale Is In The Works
Maserati also made the Grecale Folgore official – the Grecale’s fully electric version. It will draw power from a big 105 kWh battery pack with 400V technology. We had spotted it testing very recently, so no real surprises about its existence. The automaker also noted that it will make 590 pound-feet of torque. The Grecale Folgore will be available in an exclusive Rame Folgore exterior shade.
