Toyota Gives Us A Clear Glimpse Of What The 2022 Tundra Will Look Like

The 2022 Tundra is still a few months away from debut, but Toyota has released an image of the truck in the TRD Pro outfit

The images of the 2022 Tundra had leaked online a few days back; so, Toyota decided to publish one official image of the truck. Yeah, just one! But, it's the sporty, rugged TRD Pro

There aren't a whole lot of views, but there are some interesting things we observed...

The 2022 Tundra comes with a massive grille up front

With the way it was growing in size, we expected nothing less. You can expect different designs on different trims

It now boasts of six lug nuts

This means the truck will be able to bear higher load capacity. We could see better capability ratings, too

The windshield is quite small in size

The windshield doesn't do any favors either. Coupled with the muscular hood, pray that you don't run over something. Or, it could be just in the image here. We'll have to see when the truck comes out

Observe how the beltline is lower than the hood. This will be a high-rider with frontal visibility issues, especially for the shorter folks. At least there's a forward-facing camera here

The automaker will be ditching the thirsty V-8 for a V-6 mill that will most likely have some form of hybridization

The 2022 Toyota Tundra is expected to be launched in the coming months and should arrive Stateside by the end of 2021
