2021 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 By Hennessey Performance

Called the Venom 1000, Hennessey has tuned the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 to make 1,000 horses!

Hennessey has introduced the HPE1000 package on the Ford Shelby Mustang GT500

It is powered by the same 5.2-liter, supercharged V-8 Predator engine, but with a lot of upgrades

In the stock form, the GT500 makes 760 horses and 625 pound-feet of torque

High flow air induction upgrade, Supercharger drive pulley, hub assembly, and belt upgrade, and upgraded high flow fuel injectors are some of the changes here

Courtesy of the HPE1000 package upgrades, the engine now puts out 1,000 horses and 850 pound-feet of torque

However, there's a catch. It makes 1,000 horses with the E85 fuel, but this fuel isn’t available easily everywhere

You can use the 93 Octane fuel, but it will make 900 horses instead

The 0-60 mph times and the top speed are not revealed yet, but it will quicker and faster than the standard model

On the outside, it comes with HPE1000, Venom 1000, and Hennessey badges all around

Serial numbered plaques will also be installed on every build

There's no word on the price yet, but we expect it to cost more than $100,000 including the donor car

The aftermarket company announced that the HPE1000 package will be available for the 2020 and 2021 GT500s
