In stock form the E63 S has enough power to take on models like the M5. It is in fact a fair fight: 603 horsepower vs. 591 horsepower! But what happens when the BMW M5 is updated to deliver around 800 horsepower (well, 789 horsepower to be more exact)? Think about models like MH5 800 developed by Manhart. Well, in this case you need the E63 S to deliver more power too. And it is the same Manhart that has the solution for you: the ER 800 with its 800 horsepower!

What changes were made under the hood?

Lets refresh your memory a little! In stock form, the Mercedes-AMG E63 is powered by a 4.0-liter engine that delivers a total of 603 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds and up to a top speed of 186 mph. Impressive numbers for a luxury sedan, no?

Manhart thinks that these numbers can be significantly improved though. So, it came up with a few solutions. A turbo upgrade, a new intercooler, a carbon intake and some ECU remapping made all the difference! And when you add a new exhaust system with Manhart sports downpipes with 300-cell catalytic converters, the result is amazing!

Performance figures were not revealed, but you can imagine they are a lot better than the stock ones! Do not be surprised in the 0 to 60 mph sprint will be made in under 3 seconds and top speed goes up to 200 mph!

A few other changes were also required!

As we are looking at extra power, the ER 800 needed new brakes. Manhart opted for ceramic brake kit with 405x38mm diameter discs on the front axle. This can be done either by using new coupling rods or via a software adjustment.

The ER 800 is also offered with a new set of 21-inch Classic

Line wheels wrapped in tires size 255/30 ZR21 and 295/25 ZR21.

The model follows the usual Manhart tradition: it is painted matt black with golden decoration, but, on request, you can opt for any other color.
